We'd give this team more than 5 stars if we could! Lexi, Heidi and the entire team could not have done a more stellar job helping us with THREE closings in less than a year. Their expertise, professionalism, responsiveness, and network are second to none.
Our first property entrusted to the team was a rental property that flooded due to one of the storms. They were able to sell it quickly to a developer and alleviate a huge burden for us.
We're a young family with a toddler, dog, and baby on the way... so Lexi and her team knew numerous showings for our current home wouldn't be ideal. Not only did we not even really have to show our house outside of the open house, Lexi and Heidi got us numerous, competitive offers by the end of the day. We were able to sell our property exponentially over asking while also getting a leaseback (which has been HUGE for our family as we looked for a new home).
Our final closing was for our new home ON THE GOLF COURSE in Carrollwood. Lexi was able to guide us to a property and quickly show us its potential. While renovations are underway as we make this our dream home, our family is able to stay in our current home because of the leaseback. Not only did this team get us that HUGE perk, but they were able to negotiate a great price for the house and get us a huge credit so we could do the work.
